Return & Exchange Policy
We at Racasa Collective stand for NO EXCHANGE / NO RETURN / NO CANCELLATION policy.
We exchange the products which are delivered with a manufacturing defect, provided, we are intimated about the same within 24 hours with a photo of damaged product after the delivery of product to you.
- Damage does not include any issues pertaining to the style, design or print of the product.
- International orders will not be eligible for exchange.
- Products purchased during sale period/ any promotional offers will not be eligible for exchange.
- Such products are only eligible for exchange if the customer has the parcel opening video capturing the defect.
- We do not facilitate pick ups for exchanges/returns. You are requested to ship the courier to us and inform us once done.
- Customized orders cannot be exchanged or returned.

Attach a photo of the damaged product for our review within 24 hours of delivery of product to you.
Our team will review and approve your request.
Upon authorization, we’re happy to process an exchange of the product or provide a voucher card, valid for the next 6 months.

Refund Policy:
All our products are handcrafted by Indian Artisans, resulting in each product being unique and slightly different from each other. Refund will be process in 15 – 20 days in original payment method.
These subtle variations are intrinsic to the nature of natural-dyed and block-printed products, enhancing their individuality and uniqueness. It’s important to recognize that these deviations from uniformity are not flaws but rather the defining features of our exquisite pieces.
At Racasa Collective, we take immense pride in the quality of our craftsmanship. As a testament to our commitment, we do not accept returns or exchanges for products that meet the standards outlined in your original order. However, in the rare instance of an incorrect delivery (where the received product does not match the item specified in the order confirmation) or if there is a genuine quality or manufacturing defect, we are more than willing to rectify the situation by fulfilling your order anew.
Please be advised that items deemed non-returnable will only be eligible for exchange or refund in the event of a defect or if they substantially differ from their description. Your satisfaction is our utmost priority, and we strive to ensure that every purchase from Racasa Collective exceeds your expectations.
